Revised ESA Forms
11-05-2020The Electronic Subscriber Agreement (ESA) has been revised. Among other changes we removed the Notary signature requirement and the form is now a fillable pdf. Please refrain from keeping or using copies of the old form. The revised form has been posted on the SLEIS Homepage as well as the SCDHEC Emissions Inventory webpage.
